Workshop school Handball

I want to talk about my experience playing in the Workshop school Handball. In my opinion the handball is´nt difficult but needs a lot of physical activity, I have played handball since 2011. I practice handball in my school every day before going to class, I liked a lot of. Sometimes I went to the Coliseum to play games.

A typical trainining day started with wings 8 a.m. and finished at 12 a.m., In the training fist we had to run 10 minutes, then we started with stretching, after that we started with practice, and finally we played practice games, and so ended the day´s training.
